  • Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs(Spanish Speaker ) to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through attentive and personalized care. This role requires a blend of practical skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with individuals who may have diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's, or dementia. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. Medication management and ensure adherence to care plans. Support clients in engaging in social activities and community outings. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Assist with mobility needs using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when required. Observe and report any significant changes in clients' conditions or behaviors. Uphold confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations while providing care. Requirements Must have valid Oregon CNA license Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health, hospice care, or long-term care is not required, but is considered a plus Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory care is a plus. Familiarity with patient care techniques including vital sign monitoring and medication administration. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
