Competitive Compensation:

Base Pay:
$21.08/hr
Experience Bonus:
Earn an additional $1.50/hr if you've been certified as a C.N.A for 5+ years (FTRPT). FT/RPT Shift Differentials C.N.
A:
2nd shift $2.00/hr, 3rd shift $0.75/hr, Weekends $2.00/hr.
PRN Rates:
Starting at $25.33-$30.76/hr
Rewarding Weekend Program:
$30.57-$32.93/hr every SaturdaySunday, with 8-hour shifts and holiday requirements. Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) Key Responsibilities (full job description available upon hire) : Assist residents with care and services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming) to enhance their quality of life. Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, restorative nursing and functional maintenance procedures. Provide social and emotional support which help residents feel comfortable and valued in their homelike environment. Document resident care needs in a timely manner. Follow safety and infection prevention measures to protect residents, staff, and visitors. Help bring joy to the residents in the healthcare environment.
Qualifications :
CurrentValid Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) certification in PA. Strong clinical skillsthe ability to assess and prioritize patient needs. Excellent communicationinterpersonal skills. Comprehensive Benefits for
