Role:
  • As a
  • Certified Nurse Assistant
  • at Care Comfort Hospice, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our skilled nursing staff.
Your duties will include:
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and promoting a positive and respectful patient care environment
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
  • Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
  • 1+ year of experience as a CNA, preferably in a hospice or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
