Nurse Aide Training Program The Nurse Aide Training Program provides individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to begin a career in healthcare. This full-time, paid training program prepares participants to deliver quality care and support to residents in a long-term care setting.

Program Details:

Training classes are held in Bradford. This is a full-time program with a structured schedule. Participants are paid $10 per hour during training. Pay increases upon successful completion of the program and certification.

Key Responsibilities During Training:

Attend all scheduled classes, labs, and clinical sessions. Learn and demonstrate basic nursing assistant skills. Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming (under supervision). Follow instructions from instructors and nursing staff. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude throughout the program. Adhere to all safety, infection control, and facility policies.

Qualifications:

Interest in working in healthcare and providing patient care. Ability to attend full-time training with consistent attendance. Compassionate, reliable, and willing to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
