• BLS Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team.

In this vital role, you will provide essential support to patients across various care settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, and those requiring specialized memory or hospice care. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary. Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature. Support medication administration under supervision and ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy. Provide specialized care for patients with conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or memory impairments. Maintain detailed medical documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner. Support infection control protocols through aseptic techniques and proper sanitation procedures. This role demands a compassionate approach combined with technical competence across multiple specialties.
