Job Description

Clementine Home Care is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team in Broomall, PA.

Job Responsibilities:
Work Schedule:
Weekday and Weekend shifts available, 8AM
  • 8PM and 8PM
  • 8AM Provide care for a male patient with quadriplegia, weighing 180 pounds Must have experience using Hoyer lifts Night shift caregivers must have experience giving an enema Ensure the patient's safety at all times Build a genuine connection with the patient and the family
We Offer:
Competitive wages
  • $19•20 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level).
Mileage compensation (currently 67 cents per mile) between cases Full/part time available Paid Time Off Holiday incentive pay Profit sharing plan
  • Company contributions will be made at the Company's discretion to all employees who meet the plan's eligibility requirements.

Requirements :
Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification CPR certification High school diploma or equivalent is required Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred Excellent customer service skills Prolonged periods of standing and walking Must be able to lift 50+ pounds at times
