Job Title:

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certified Nurse Assistant Shift(s): Monday•Friday 8:30am•5:00pm (5-7 visits daily) Part-time and full-time schedules available!

Job Location:

Carbondale, PA and surrounding areas Our CNAs see patients in the most ideal setting•where the patient resides! Our offices are located in Dunmore, PA and East Stroudsburg, PA. At Traditional, we do our best to schedule CNA visits within a sensible geographic territory everyday. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Administers personal care and ADL assistance to patients according to the individual's care plan. Reports patient status changes to nursing supervisor on a continuous basis. Prepares, maintains and submits documentation as required in a thorough and timely manner.

Requirements:

Current Pennsylvania certification as a Certified Nurse Aide Must have a current PA driver's license Ability to travel to multiple patient assignments daily Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communications skills Why Choose Traditional Home Health?
