Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistants to join our team in the Personal Care Home of our award-winning senior living community. These part-time and PRN roles offer the opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their health, comfort and well-being. Paid time off A 403(b) retirement plan (We contribute 2% with no employee match required.) Affordable health insurance and vision/dental insurance for anyone regularly scheduled 48+ hours per pay period. We have the following Nursing Assistant shifts available: Part-time ; Evening-shift (2 pm - 10:30 pm); 32 hours per two-week pay period; additional hours available on an as needed basis; 8-hour shifts; includes every other weekend & holiday as scheduled. Part-time ; Night-shift (10 pm - 6:30 am); 40 hours per two-week pay period; additional hours available on an as needed basis; 8-hour shifts; includes every other weekend & holiday as scheduled. PRN; various shifts; hours available on an as needed basis. This job may be for you if: You like helping people. You passionately help residents with their personal care needs and maintain a home-like environment by cleaning their rooms and some common areas. You have a servant heart. You volunteer to help without being asked. You help with activities of daily living, knowing your actions improve residents' physical and emotional wellbeing. You are approved, or would consider becoming approved, by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services to administer medications. You think on your feet.
