Transportation Driver/CNA

Overview We are seeking a reliable and Transportation Aide/Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate is already a Pennsylvania Certified Nurse Aide and will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all passengers. Responsibilities Safely operate a van or shuttle vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes, schedules, and any changes. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues. Assist residents as needed, ensuring their safety at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner. Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that occur during transport. Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with passengers and other professionals. Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is an advantage. Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
