Job Description
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week. Certified Nurse Assistant Hours 2nd shift 2:45pm-11:15pm, 5x8 hour shifts per week, includes every other weekend Certified Nurse Assistant Compensation The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Certified Nurse Assistant Responsibilities Provide basic care to veteran residents in a long-term care setting Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene Help with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed Support safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning Take and record vital signs as assigned Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment Follow fall prevention and safety procedures Provide respectful, compassionate care and emotional support Document care provided accurately and timely Work as part of the nursing and care team Follow all facility policies, HIPAA, and state regulations Certified Nurse Assistant Requirements CNA License 3-6 months of experience required
