What You'll Do As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Advanced, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering direct, non-professional nursing care to patients and residents. Assisting with daily living activities, rehabilitation, and personal care needs. Supporting residents in recreational and therapeutic activities. Following instructions from RNs and physicians to ensure optimal care. Maintaining patient rooms, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills. Working under supervision while gaining increasing independence in your role. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring your experience, skills, and passion for patient care. Here's what we're looking for:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years as a CNA, with at least 6 months as an Aide Trainee or 1 year of experience in geriatric/physically ill patient care.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification:

Active Pennsylvania CNA certification (required for long-term care settings).

Skills:

Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office).

Physical Requirements:
