Are you a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking to make a difference in the lives of others? CAP Global Works, LLC, is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team for an in-person contract role in Selinsgrove, PA. If you have a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence, we'd love to hear from you! Position Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CAP Global Works, LLC, you'll play a vital role in providing expert-level care to patients and residents in hospitals, infirmaries, long-term care units, or domiciliary care units. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through direct patient care, rehabilitation, and support. Working closely with licensed professionals, you'll follow established guidelines while bringing your expertise to every interaction. Key Responsibilities Deliver non-professional nursing services, including daily care, rehabilitation, and maintenance of patients/residents and their living quarters. Follow instructions from registered nurses and physicians to ensure high-quality care. Assist and encourage patients/residents to participate in prescribed rehabilitative and recreational activities, both individually and in groups. Participate in on-the-job, in-service, and formal training to maintain and enhance nursing care expertise. Perform routine duties independently as experience grows, while working under the supervision of a licensed professional. Maintain patient/resident safety and comfort, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience :
At least one year of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients/residents OR six months as an Aide Trainee.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification :
Must be registered and certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health as meeting competency requirements for nurse aide work (for positions in a Long-Term Care Unit).
Technical Skills :
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals. Every candidate must be registered and certified with the Pennsylvania Department.
