We are seeking compassionate and skilled Hospice CNAs to join our dedicated team and provide end-of-life personal care, comfort and emotional support for patients and their families in various settings, under the direction of an RN. At Charis, we are committed to providing the highest quality, patient-centered care, ensuring comfort and dignity during the end-of-life journey. We believe in a collaborative approach, working closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary team to create and follow personalized care plans that honor individual needs and wishes.
    Salary Range :
    Full & Part Time $20.00 - $25.00 an hour Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes. Support patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff. Assist with mobility and transportation of patients as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Licensed to practice as a certified nursing assistant in Pennsylvania
    • Must be a licensed driver with capable of traveling to various business locations
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Experience in hospice or palliative care settings.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
