6a-2p, 40 hours a week EOW 2p-10p, 40 hours a week EOW 10p-6a, 40 hours a week EOW Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional patient care across various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to supporting patient well-being, demonstrating proficiency in medical documentation, vital signs monitoring, and assisting with daily activities. Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance using equipment such as Hoyer lifts. Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems. Support patient care by administering medications under supervision and following strict aseptic techniques to prevent infection. Document patient information thoroughly in medical records while maintaining HIPAA compliance to ensure confidentiality. Utilize knowledge of physiology and anatomy to assist with patient positioning, transfers, and mobility safely. Ensure infection control protocols are followed diligently during all patient interactions to maintain a sterile environment. Experience Experience supporting patients with complex needs including infectious disease care, hospice care, or behavioral health conditions. Background working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays across long-term or sub-acute care settings. Certification in basic life support (BLS) is required; additional certifications such as CPR or medication administration are advantageous. Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical procedures including aseptic technique and catheter management enhances effectiveness in the role.
