Caregivers work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and deliver essential personal care and support services in a home setting. Why Work With Us? Flexible schedules (days, nights, weekends) Competitive pay Supportive team environment Work close to home Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing) Meal preparation and light housekeeping Mobility and ambulation assistance per care plan Medication reminders (self-administered only) Take and record vital signs as directed Provide companionship and emotional support Follow and document care per Plan of Care Report any changes in client condition Qualifications Active PA CNA or CHHA certification Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Reliable transportation Ability to lift/transfer up to 200 lbs with assistance 1 year experience preferred (not required) Work Environment In-home client setting High exposure to bloodborne pathogens
