Role:

As a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant at Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living, you will be an integral part of our care team, working collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care, including vital signs, range of motion exercises, and other activities as needed Assisting patients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and progress Participating in patient care conferences and contributing to patient care planning Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control standards and protocols
