•Must work full-time 3p-11p or 11p-7a to qualify• Bonus paid bi-weekly over 2 years. Available to new full-time hires only. Not eligible for previous employees or agency staff. CNA Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living including mobility, meals, hygiene, and hydration Provide compassionate personal care Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff Accurately document food and fluid intake Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements Maintain clean and safe resident environments Transport residents safely throughout the facility Follow all facility policies and professional standards Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulations Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Genuine passion for senior care All candidates must pass pre-employment screening and PA Criminal Background Check in accordance with the PA Older Adult Protection Act.
