Job Description

Concordia of Monroeville is currently looking for experienced, passionate and dedicated Scheduler/Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team! As a Scheduler/Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high quality care for the residents and facilitating clinical leadership and mentorship with the residents and staff. Competitive Wages (we pay more for experience!) Earn Up To $21.35/hr Eligible employees can earn an additional $1.50/hour if waiving the insurance benefit!
Scheduler/Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Current Pennsylvania C.N.A. Interpersonal Strong communication skills Problem solving skills Flexibility Computer literate
Job Duties:
Staff Scheduling for the campus Adjustments and coverage for last minute call offs, sick leaves, & unexpected absences Ensure schedule complies with labor laws, facility policies, and patient care standards Serve as liaison between nursing staff, management, and administrative personnel to coordinate schedule changes and staffing needs Update on shift Provide onboarding support to human resources Complete daily insurance reviews for social services Maintain medical records in personal care Why work for us?
