• 6:30 pm to 7:00 am, Saturday and Sunday Work two 12 hour shifts at time and a half.

Time and a half of our base rate = $28.50/hr. for the 24 hours.

Directly responsible for the provision of nursing care and services that maintain comfort, safety, physical and emotional well-being and personal dignity. Duties are performed under the supervision of professional nursing staff, per established facility guidelines and procedures and as mandated by regulations.

Job Duties:

• Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
• Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; recording intake and output information.
• Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patients' call lights and requests; reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor.
• Provides patient hygiene.
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.
• Protects organization's value by keeping patient information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; attending monthly meetings; maintaining licensure.
• Enhances nursing department and home reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
