Observes and reports unusual symptoms, changes, accidents and injuries to the charge nurse. Follows establish infection control guidelines for maintaining cleanliness of drawers, closets, resident bathrooms, clean and dirty utility rooms, nutrition station and nurse's station. Completes nursing assistant Orientation/Certification Program and successfully maintains certification. Performs other related duties as necessary and directed by charge nurse/supervisor.'
