Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) $10,000 Sign-On Bonus - Evening & Overnight Oakwood Heights Village is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Full-Time opportunities with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available for select shifts.

Sign-On Bonus Eligibility:

Full-Time CNAs hired into: 2:45pm-10:45pm 6:45pm-6:45am Bonus paid bi-weekly over 2 years. Available to new full-time hires only. Not eligible for previous employees or agency staff. CNA Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living including mobility, meals, and hydration Provide compassionate personal care and hygiene assistance Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team Document food and fluid intake accurately Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements Maintain clean and comfortable resident living areas Transport residents safely throughout the facility Support nurses and team members as needed Follow all facility policies and professional standards Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulations Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification Strong teamwork and communication skills Compassionate approach to resident care Ability to work in a skilled nursing environment All candidates must pass pre-employment screening and PA Criminal Background Check.
