Available Shifts:
Part-time 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Plus shift differential All shifts have rotating weekends and holidays Med Techs—We Need You! PA Med Tech Certification required As a Medications Technician/ Resident Assistant , you will: Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care and medication management. Encourage and support residents in exercise and community activities. Serve meals, set up dining areas, and help with cleaning tasks. Report changes in residents' health to leadership promptly. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, training, and certifications. Complete routine documentation and administrative tasks.
What You'll Need Education:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Experience:
Six (6) months in long-term care preferred.
Certification:
PA Med Tech Certification required.
Skills:
Compassionate and caring attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to work varied hours and respond to emergencies.
