Certified Nurse Aide CNA Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with mealtime, including feeding, as needed Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting concerns to the nursing staff Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, as well as monitor and report any changes in resident condition Demonstrate a commitment to our residents' dignity, respect, and independence Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry standards
