Day, Evening, Night Pennypack Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. Opportunities are available for full-time, part-time, and per diem staff across all shifts. In this role, CNAs provide essential daily care and support to residents while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety within a skilled nursing setting. Certified Nursing Assistants Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Support residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration Measure and document vital signs, and report any changes in condition to nursing staff Help with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols at all times Offer emotional support and companionship to residents Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident outcomes Certified Nursing Assistants Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the applicable state High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and commitment to teamwork and resident-centered care Schedule Full-time, part-time, and per diem roles available Day, evening, and night shifts offered Weekend and holiday availability may be required Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts (where applicable) Health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees Paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan Orientation, training, and opportunities for career advancement Pennypack Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
