Haddon Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Live-In Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide 24-hour, one-on-one care in clients' homes. What You'll Do:

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) per Plan of Care Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Support mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers Provide medication reminders (no administration) Take and document vital signs as directed Offer companionship and emotional support Encourage independence and engagement Follow care plans and complete documentation Report any changes in client condition to nursing staff

What We're Looking For:

Active PA CNA or CHHA certification High school diploma or GED Compassionate, reliable, and professional Strong communication skills Ability to pass required background checks Reliable transportation Experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to bend, stoop, and assist with mobility Ability to lift/transfer up to 200 lbs with assistance Ability to carry up to 10 lbs

Work Setting:

Live-in client home environment (24-hour care) May involve exposure to bloodborne pathogens
