Job Description
Whitehall Borough Post Acute is a 166-bed post-acute care facility located at 505 Weyman Rd., Pittsburgh. Our positive reputation in the community is a testament to our incredible staff members. Hourly Compensation Range $18.00-$23.00 8-hour shifts with 2-week rotating schedules
- Facility shifts times:6a-2p (1st) 2p-10p (2nd) ,10p-6a (3rd)

- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA and will remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Ability to maintain all required continuing education
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Clear Cisive Background Check- last 7 years reviewed
- Active CPR Certification (BLS
PREFERRED
with Skills)- Experience with Point Click Care is preferred
- Compassion for a vulnerable population and willingness to advocate for patients
- Understanding of Patient Rights
- Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of this facility, which include a medical and physical examination.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
Experience:
Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
