CNA:
Serve as a key caregiver, supporting residents with daily living activities Monitor weight, vitals, input/output, and maintain patient stability Report changes in resident condition to the nursing team Document care and activity accurately in logs and reports Work collaboratively with nursing and support staff to provide top-level care Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Need:
