PM Position Summary:
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) provide direct, non-professional nursing care to patients/residents. CNAs assist with daily care, rehabilitation, and resident support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, following established care plans and protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:
6 months experience as an Aide Trainee OR 1-year paid experience caring for geriatric or physically ill patients/residents High school diploma or equivalent PA Department of Health CNA certification for Long-Term Care Unit positions Basic computer skills, including
Microsoft Office Responsibilities:
Provide direct daily care and maintain resident quarters Assist and encourage participation in rehabilitative and recreational activities Follow care plans and instructions from supervising RNs and physicians Participate in on-the-job and in-service training programs Work under close supervision of licensed professional nursing staff at all times
Pay:
$25.50 - $28.00 per hour
License/Certification:
CNA (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
