Job Description

QUALIFIED
Healthcare Professionals accepted) RN's/LPN's Needed ASAP (White Haven, PA) ~~ RN's/LPN's Needed ASAP for daily /per diem/advanced bookings~~ ~~ Long-Term experience ~~ ~~ Orientation will be provided by facility (4-5 days ~~ ~~ Next Orientation starts Aug 15th ~~
REQUIREMENTS
Resume
  • with a minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience LPN
  • PA license (in good standing) Current
  • BLS/CPR 2
  • current references 2
  • step PPD (within the last 12 months) Current physical (within the last 12 months) MMR, Varicella, Hep B PA
  • Police
  • criminal background check Must be able to pass back ground check Must be able to pass urine drug screen Pay Rates RN's
  • $40/hr LPN's
