Nursing Assistant

Concordia at SpiriTrust Kelly Drive is seeking compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistants to provide quality care and support to residents in a caring, team-oriented environment. This role assists residents with daily living activities, promotes resident safety and dignity, and helps create a positive living experience.

Available Positions:

We are currently hiring part time positions for 2nd and 3rd shift. 2nd

Shift:

Part Time; 2:30pm-10:30pm 3rd

Shift:

Part Time; 10:30pm-6:30am •We currently have 1 Full Time position available on 3rd shift•

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, transferring, and personal hygiene Support residents with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), including laundry, room organization, transportation, and personal belongings Respond promptly to resident call bells and communicate resident needs or concerns to nursing staff Complete documentation accurately and timely Follow infection control, safety, HIPAA, and resident rights policies Observe and report changes in resident condition Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents

Qualifications:

Caring, compassionate, and resident-focused attitude High school diploma, GED, or active status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry Must be at least 18 years old Strong customer service and communication skills Why work for us?
