CNA - Day Center (Middletown)

Job Summary:

Are you a caring, compassionate, and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking to make a real difference in people's lives? You'll play a vital role in providing hands-on care and support while following each person's individual care plan. In this role, your daily tasks will be varied and rewarding. You'll assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene, and help with activities like walking and exercise. You'll also monitor vital signs and weight, assist with meal services, and even help with recreational activities to keep our participants engaged and happy. We need someone who is detail-oriented and understands the importance of documentation to ensure our participants receive the best possible care. Your ability to respond to personal alarm devices and monitor for behavioral disturbances will ensure a safe environment for everyone. Monday-Friday:
