The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in their homes. The Nursing Assistant will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient health, and ensure the comfort and safety of those in their care. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Perform medical documentation accurately to track patient progress and changes in condition. Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Support individuals with disabilities by facilitating their daily routines and promoting independence. Engage with patients suffering from dementia by providing compassionate care tailored to their needs. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, utilizing knowledge of emergency medicine protocols. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Qualifications Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Experience in long-term care or home community care is highly desirable. Knowledge of medical documentation practices is essential. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and provide dementia care.
