7am-7pm Full Time and Part Time options available Base wage based on licensure date (must be licensed), plus shift differential Every Other Weekend Rotation Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in a long-term care environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients while assisting with daily activities and medical care. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Help maintain patient medical records by documenting care provided and any changes in patient conditions. Provide support in various healthcare settings including short-term rehab, senior care, and long-term care facilities. Assist with the mobility of patients, including transferring them to wheelchairs or beds as needed. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement patient care plans effectively. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care needs and concerns. Qualifications Active SC certification as a Nursing Assistant is

REQUIRED.

Experience in medical documentation systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of infectious disease care practices is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work compassionately with diverse patient populations.
