Elite Go Team at Avodah Homecare The Elite Go Team is Avodah Homecare's premier rapid-response caregiver unit. This team consists of our most dependable, flexible, and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants who step in when clients need care the most. Elite Go Team members are trusted to cover urgent staffing needs, caregiver call-outs, hospital discharges, new client starts, and high-priority client assignments throughout Columbia and surrounding areas. This is not an entry-level caregiving position. We are seeking experienced CNAs who take pride in their professionalism, maintain exceptional attendance, and are committed to delivering outstanding care every day. As an Elite Go Team CNA , you will be a vital part of ensuring that no Avodah Homecare client goes without care.

Elite Go Team Requirements:

MUST Be Available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Available every other weekend Ability to report to client assignments within one hour of notification Active South Carolina CNA Certification Minimum of two years of caregiving experience Experience with Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfers, and bedbound clients Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance Clean background check and ability to pass a drug screening Outstanding attendance and reliability What Makes the Elite Go Team Different? Can you fully commit to this schedule? This role requires reporting to a client within one hour of receiving an assignment. Can you consistently meet this requirement? Do you currently have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active automobile insurance? Our Elite Go The team travels throughout Columbia and surrounding areas. Are you willing to travel up to 50 miles for assignments when needed? Have you worked with Alzheimer's, dementia, hospice, or total care clients? Please explain your experience.
