We are seeking an experienced and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Float CNA. This position is essential to ensuring all client shifts are covered and that our clients receive uninterrupted, high-quality care. Position Summary The Go Team CNA is responsible for covering open shifts, caregiver call-outs, and urgent staffing needs throughout our service area. This role requires open availability, flexibility, and the ability to report to an assigned client within one hour of receiving a shift assignment. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hour work week. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, adaptable, and committed to providing outstanding client care. Responsibilities Cover open client shifts due to call-outs, vacations, and scheduling needs. Report to assigned client locations within one hour of receiving a shift assignment. Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning for bedbound clients. Safely operate Hoyer lifts, gait belts, and other transfer equipment. Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary. Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties. Monitor client conditions and promptly report changes to the office. Maintain accurate and timely care documentation. Provide companionship and emotional support while maintaining client dignity and respect. Follow all company policies and state regulations regarding client care. Requirements Active South Carolina CNA certification required. Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience. Experience caring for bedbound clients required. Proficiency with Hoyer lifts and gait belts required. Must have open availability and flexibility to accept assignments as needed. Ability to arrive at client assignments within one hour of notification. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required. Willingness to travel up to 45 miles from assigned areas. Clean background check and ability to pass a drug screening. Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent attendance and reliability record.
