Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Nursing Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will support patient care in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and clinic environments. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure our patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their wellness journey. Duties Assist nursing staff with patient care activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team promptly Support patients with activities of daily living in inpatient, outpatient, or post-acute care settings Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols Document patient information accurately in medical records Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients during their treatment process Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in hospital medicine, emergency medicine, geriatrics, and medical-surgical units Qualifications Prior experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar healthcare role preferred Knowledge of Level II trauma center procedures and hospital medicine practices Experience working in emergency medicine or Level I Trauma Centers is a plus Familiarity with PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), OR (Operating Room), geriatrics, and sub-acute care environments preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent required where applicable Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings such as outpatient clinics or post-acute care facilities Join us at Synergy Wellness and Weightloss to make a meaningful difference in our patients' lives!
