(CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant-Carolines Cottage(Night Shift)

Friends of Caroline currently has an opening in Caroline's Cottage, an eight-bed Hospice House, for an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide basic nursing care to patients within the scope of the nursing assistant's responsibilities. We are looking for Nursing Assistants who want to combine their love for people and strong work ethics. Educational Requirements Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program. In addition, good standing in the state registry is required. Friends of Caroline is an EEO and drug-free workplace. Responsibilities Provide compassionate patient care by assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions accurately in EMR and EHR systems. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Engage with patients, including those with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's, to promote emotional well-being.
