  • 803-684-0035 We are a 109-bed beautiful campus with skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
SHIFT :
Full time 1st shift (7am
  • 3pm) We welcome new and experienced CNAs to join our awesome nursing team.

What You'll Do:
♦ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. ♦ Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure). ♦ Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nurse. ♦ Provide mobility support and assist with transfers and ambulation. ♦ Follow care plans and physician/nursing instructions. ♦ Support infection control procedures, including hand hygiene and proper PPE use. ♦ Document resident care accurately and timely in clinical records. ♦ Assist with meals and hydration as needed. hy
