Ensuring accurate medical documentation in EMR and EHR systems. Maintain patient comfort and safety while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans and support patients with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities and memory care requirements. Assist in transporting patients and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
