Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends (United States of America) Wagner Community Memorial Hospital and Clinic is seeking a qualified individual to join our team! Position Highlights Starting pay rate is $29.00 with additional consideration based on experience Wagner Community Memorial Hospital - Avera is looking for a full-time or part-time Nurse Assistant position. The Nurse Assistant provides direct patient care for assigned patients under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
Provides safe direct patient care:
ambulating, bathing, positioning, passing meal trays, feeding, and attending to other care needs. Assists RN/LPN in gathering basic assessment data: admission assessment form, taking vital signs, and reporting ongoing observations. Provides comfort measures and emotional support to patient and family members.
Education/Experience:
Previous experience is preferred Certified Nurse Assistant Course is encouraged but not required.
Certification:
Current CPR certification is required or completion upon next available program as provided by WCMH-A Potential benefits include free life insurance, partially paid health and dental insurance, PTO, ESL, and up to 5% matching retirement.
