Experienced Night shift Caregiver/CNA Monday-Thursday 10PM-8AM

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Caregiver/CNA to provide exceptional care to our clients during overnight hours from Monday through Thursday, 10 PM to 8 AM. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring overnight support, including seniors and individuals with various health needs. Duties Monitor patients' health status through vigilant observation of vital signs and overall condition during overnight shifts. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Administer medications accurately following prescribed medical protocols while maintaining detailed medical documentation. Support patients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, hospice support, and memory care. Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, catheter care devices, and other assistive devices safely and effectively. Record patient information in Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and meal preparation. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are followed diligently. Requirements Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities or chronic health conditions such as Alzheimer's disease or dementia. Valid Driver's License Own mode of reliable transportation Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including assisting with transfers safely. Strong observational skills for patient safety monitoring during overnight hours and ability to respond promptly to emergencies. Pay:

$15.50 - $16.00 per hour
