Starting at $18.00/hour-$18.50/hour , based on experience Brighter Days Home Care is a family-owned and operated Home Care Agency currently serving over 250 clients across Tennessee. We're expanding our team and looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities. If you're a Home Health Aide (HHA) , Caregiver , or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) looking for meaningful part-time work—you've found the right place.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, etc.) Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor and document changes in client health or behavior Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and care teams

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Caregiver, PCA, CNA, or HHA preferred but not required A kind, patient, and client-centered approach to care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and follow care plans Willing to travel at least 30 miles as needed
