Position Summary:

Supports mobile dental, podiatry, vision, and audiology services in long-term care facilities Coordinates patient flow and clinic-day operations Ensures efficient service delivery and positive facility experience

Key Responsibilities:

Escort residents to and from clinic areas Coordinate with facility staff on patient readiness Manage clinic flow and track patient completion Support non-clinical podiatry, dental, vision, and audiology operations Maintain clean and organized work environment Assist with clinic setup and breakdown

Facility Coordination:

Serve as liaison between providers and facility staff Communicate with Social Services regarding clinic-day logistics Resolve day-of operational issues

Travel Requirements:

Travel within 1-2 hour assigned region Daily travel required based on clinic schedule

Requirements:

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Healthcare experience preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation required Work Schedule Monday through Friday Full-day clinic support Position Impact Improves provider efficiency and clinic flow Reduces missed residents
