This is the Sisters of Mercy Convent , a private residence for retired Sisters. We are not open to the public , offering a peaceful, relationship-based setting focused on dignity, compassion, and individualized care with about 7-15 rooms at a time. You will be supporting a small community of retired Sisters in a mission-driven environment where caregivers are truly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the nurse in providing direct patient care Check and record vital signs and report changes in condition Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Observe, document, and report resident conditions and reactions Assist with mobility, ambulation, and outings Maintain resident comfort, dignity, and safety at all times

Required Qualifications:

Valid CNA Current Basic Life Support Certification Geriatric/Gerontology experience required Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional, compassionate, and service-oriented

Preferred:
