CNA- Intake & Field Specialist

Are you a compassionate CNA who enjoys helping families and being out in the community? At Ohana Home Care , we're looking for a CNA - Intake & Field Specialist who can combine caregiving experience with client coordination to help families begin their care journey with confidence. In this unique role, you'll serve as one of the first points of contact for new clients—traveling throughout East Tennessee to complete in-home assessments, support care coordination, and step in when hands-on care is needed.

Responsibilities:

Meet with new families and conduct in-home assessments for new clients Complete intake paperwork, home evaluations, and new client documentation Travel throughout East Tennessee (up to a 2-hour radius when needed) Provide field support to ensure quality care standards are being met Fill in on caregiver shifts when necessary to support client needs Coordinate with office staff and caregivers to ensure smooth client onboarding Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding client care

Requirements:

Active Tennessee CNA certification Valid Tennessee driver's license Reliable transportation (required) Valid auto insurance Ability to travel frequently throughout East Tennessee Flexible availability, including occasional weekends Strong organizational and communication skills Professional, dependable, and punctual
