Job Summary:
Gracy Woods Nursing Center, a premier healthcare provider in Austin, Texas, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA at Gracy Woods, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, promoting wellness, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide patients' personal hygiene by assisting with baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths. Provide for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals. checking vital signs and weight; recording intake and output information. Provide patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patients' call lights and requests; reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor. Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Maintain work operations by following policies and procedures. Protect organization's value by keeping patient information confidential. Serve and protect the SNF community by adhering to professional standards, SNF policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and standards.
