We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a supportive healthcare team in Carswell, Texas. In this role, you will provide hands-on patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support Safely transfer and reposition patients using proper lifting and mobility equipment Conduct patient rounds and respond promptly to call lights and patient needs Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration support Obtain and document vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKGs, and other basic clinical screenings Support nursing staff with wound care, Foley care, specimen collection, and patient monitoring Maintain accurate patient documentation within electronic health records (EHR) systems Ensure patient safety, infection control, and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained Communicate effectively with patients, nursing staff, medical providers, and caregivers regarding patient needs and concerns

Qualifications:

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification through the State of Texas required 6 Months Experience required Current CPR certification required Valid driver's license required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
