Duties:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Assist with documentation and record keeping using electronic medical record systems
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest level of patient care
• Perform physical examinations and collect specimens for testing
• Support patients in assisted living facilities or home care environments ```

Requirements:

```

• Valid certification as a

CNA / NURSING

AIDE or completion of a

CNA / NURSING AIDE

training program

• Must be willing to travel between Nacogdoches/Lufkin and bordering areas
• At least 5 patients a week
• Must have Proper Transportation
• Experience in primary care, critical care, hospice care, or home care is preferred
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
