This role is built for the professional who values a straightforward work environment and a predictable 12-hour schedule. We focus on providing the supplies and clinical support necessary for you to complete your shifts effectively without unnecessary complications.

Qualifications Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license in the state of Texas. Current CPR certification. Skills Ability to follow clinical care plans precisely. Strong communication with nursing staff and residents. Reliable attendance and time management. Education & Experience High School diploma or GED. Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long term care facility preferred. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assistance with grooming, bathing, and feeding. Monitor resident vitals and report changes to the Charge Nurse. Assist with transfers and mobility using proper safety equipment. Document care activities accurately in the electronic medical record system. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents. Atmosphere & Environment Princeton Medical Lodge is a 138-bed facility designed with a focus on modern rehabilitation and long term care. Our building features updated clinical spaces and a layout that supports efficient workflows for our nursing staff. We maintain a professional setting where the focus remains on resident outcomes and team stability. We are currently reviewing applications for the day and night rotations.
