Rehab Tech (CNA)

Princeton Medical Lodge maintains a 138-bed facility with a focus on CMS compliance and verifiable clinical documentation. We are seeking a Rehab Tech with a CNA certification who understands the importance of regulatory boundaries and high-accuracy record keeping. This position is central to our facility's ability to track restorative progress and maintain an organized, audit-ready therapy environment. Atmosphere & Environment The therapy department at 1401 W Princeton Dr operates with strict adherence to Texas SNF regulations. Because this role is clinical support rather than licensed therapy, the environment is defined by structured setup and administrative precision. Prepare the therapy gym for the day by setting up equipment and ensuring sanitization protocols are met. Monitor resident schedules to ensure the therapy team maintains optimal workflow. Inventory clinical supplies and submit orders to ensure no disruption in patient care. Maintain clean and organized workstations for the licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Qualifications Active Texas CNA Certification is required. Strong administrative skills with a focus on medical record accuracy. Deep understanding of clinical boundaries; this role does not involve direct resident contact during therapy sessions. Must pass a criminal background check. Must be able to pass a drug screening.
